Come Wednesday, February 14, the world will celebrate one of its favourite things: Love. Flowers will be bought. Gifts exchanged. Songs sung. Confessions made.

For those of us with significant others, it’s a lovely day to look forward to. It’s also a chance to appreciate the ones we love – our friends and family who’ve seen the worst but believed the best of us.

There’s one more Person we want to turn our gaze upon this Valentine’s Day – the lover of our soul, Best Friend and Heavenly Father – God. He has pursued us and won our hearts with the greatest gift of all, life abundant and eternal through His Son Jesus Christ.

He is our First Love. Our One Thing. And we’re inviting you to lavish Him with extravagant worship together with us – we want to love Him with everything we’ve got.

This coming Wednesday, Feb 14, Thir.st will be holding our very first worship night at Bethesda Bedok-Tampines Church. Doors open at 7:30pm.
