ThriveSg invites you to join us on this Emotional Resilience Transformational Journey of growing in self-awareness and self-discovery!

ThriveSg’s Founder, Pamela Koh will be the main course trainer and she will be sharing the tips and hacks for emotional resilience that she has learnt from her 20 years of experience as a helping professional.

The heart behind this course is to create a safe space for self-discovery and for you to learn & practise the skills you will learn in sharing groups led by our trained facilitators, with other trusted peers to journey together with you. You can find video testimonials of past participants here!

In these 6 weeks, you will learn:

  • Emotional regulation skills
  • How to connect and heal your inner critical voice
  • How to manage and change negative thought patterns
  • How to manage stressful triggers with self-care
  • How to have boundaries to form healthy interpersonal relationships… and more!

Dates: 6 Saturdays from 29 June to 3 August 2024

  • Welcome session (29 Jun): 11:00am – 2:30pm
  • 5 other sessions: 09:30am – 1:00pm

  • Working adults $330 (early bird) / $360 (normal)
  • Students $230 (early bird) / $260 (normal)
