ThriveSg Founder and Clinical Director, Pamela Koh, will be the main course trainer. “Invest in your self-development & self-care this summer,” says Pamela. “I will teach you techniques to help you cultivate your emotional intelligence and build your emotional resilience so that you may be empowered to thrive in your life & relationships!

What we will do

The heart behind this course is to create a safe space for self-discovery, and to learn and practise the skills with other trusted peers in sharing groups led by our trained facilitators so you have a community to journey with in your growth!

In 4 weeks, you will learn emotional regulation skills and know how to manage your inner critic, stress and anxiety. You will also connect with your emotions through therapeutic arts and movement therapy, and find community to support you in your growth!

Tertiary Students & Young Working Professionals (17-35 years old)
