Dr Jiow Jee Hee
Dr Jiow has lectured and trained over 50,000 students, parents, government officials and leaders on new media topics, both locally and internationally. His research investigates the impact of media on the family, cyber wellness and cybercrime, and he has presented academic papers on parental mediation, video gaming and gamification.
Prior to obtaining his PhD, Dr Jiow helped set up Singapore’s first Cyber Wellness Centre in 2006 and was also involved in developing a body of cyber wellness values, ethics and best practices, to promote cyber wellness in schools.
Dr Jiow currently serves as a member of the Films Consultative Panel (IMDA) and Media Literacy Council (IMDA), and he teaches in the BSc (Hons) Digital Communications and Integrated Media programme at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). He is Deputy Director at SIT Teaching and Learning Academy looking into nurturing the applied learning and competency-based education practice.

Lydia Lim
Lydia has almost three decades of working with people across different contexts and ages as a Developmental & Educational Therapist/Psychologist. Since 2007, her position as PEAKS Psychologist and Management Consultant at Research Communication International has seen her actively profiling, coaching and counselling individuals in different corporate industries, health and educational institutions, as well as marriages and families within community spaces too.
Her clinical practice includes: developmental counselling & intervention; marriage and family psychotherapy; parenting coaching; counsellor clinical training & supervision. Her corporate expertise include: human resource profiling; career coaching; people management & deployment; synergistic team optimisation & development; leadership development; succession planning; research & data mining for organisations and communities.
Since 2003, Lydia has served with different Executive Committees of The Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and is currently serving with the Executive Committee today. As a certified PEAKS Master Trainer, People Analytics Consultant and the Chief Psychologist & co Founder of GetConnected.SG, Lydia is a strong advocate for building stronger marriages, families and communities. Blissfully married for 20 years to Charis Lim, they believe in “walking the talk” with each other and their 2 teenage children, Aletheia and Immanuel.
