Charisma Worship Night first started on the 12th of October 2023 as a night of thanksgiving, praise and worship for God’s faithfulness in our lives. Now, it has been opened to people from all walks of life, be it young or younger. We hope to welcome everyone to return to the feet of our Lord Jesus.
The theme for this Worship Night is “Returning To God“. Our prayer is that those who come will experience the clarity and peacefulness of God in every situation as they return to God in worship, whether they are aware of these circumstances in their lives.
“So rend your heart, and not your garments;
Return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and merciful,
Slow to anger, and of great kindness;
And He relents from doing harm.” (Joel 2:13, NKJV)
As we go through life, have we moved away, remained stagnant or moved closer to God? Have we intentionally made time for God as we went through the endless routines of life? As we come to worship the Lord our God collectively and individually, let us rend our hearts and not our garments to the Lord. Let our hearts be broken for what breaks His as we give our whole-hearted worship because God does not owe us anything. But all that we have and we are, we owe to Him.
