Drawing from the latest research as well as theology, psychology, spiritual formation, and leadership theories, the programme hopes to provide participants with a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of mentoring the next generation.
Participants will also be encouraged to draw wisdom and insight from their personal stories, and apply it to a range of situations that young people face today. This includes mental health struggles, especially during times of change and transitions, merit and performance-based striving, burnout and anxiety.
